Time to try out a new backpacking recipe! This weeks meal is: BACON SPUDS!
Now for the Recipe for those who want to try this out for yourself.
BACON SPUDS
What you need:
Mixed together in a baggie:
- 1/2 Cup Instant Milk
- 1/2 Cup Bacon Bits
- 1.5 TBSP Parsley
- 1.5 TBSP Onion Powder
- Salt, Pepper and Garlic to taste.
You will Also need:
- 1 Pack of Instant Potatoes
- 2 Sticks of String Cheese
- 2 Cups of Water
What to do:
- Boil Water
- Remove from the heat.
- Add Potatoes and Stir
- Add Spice Baggie and Stir
- Add Cheese and Stir
- Do this real quick like, the potatoes will thicken up fast.
