Time to try out a new backpacking recipe! This weeks meal is: Chicken & Rice!
Now for the Recipe for those who want to try this out for yourself.
CHICKEN & RICE
What you need:
Mixed together in a baggie:
- 1 Cup Instant Rice
- 1 Pouch Onion Soup
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
You will Also need:
- 1 Pouch or Can of Cooked Chicken
- 2 Cups of Water
What to do:
- Boil Water.
- Add Rice mix.
- Cook 1-2 Minutes
- Remove from heat.
- Add the chicken.
- Cover and let sit a few more minutes until water is absorbed by the rice.
- Enjoy.
